1King Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the relationship between the Company operating 1King at 1-king.info and its users. Anyone who visits the site or opens an account is considered to have accepted these Terms.

The Company may update these Terms without prior notice. The current version takes effect the moment it is published on the site. Continued use of the site after that point counts as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

Opening an account requires being at least 18 years old. Access to betting services must also be legal in the user's location. Anyone who doesn't meet these conditions cannot open an account.

The name, surname, date of birth and payment details given at registration must be accurate. If information turns out to be false, the Company can suspend or close the account.

Each user may open only one account. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, those accounts may be merged or closed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Results arising from a technical fault, an incorrect price or a software error can be voided. In that case, the affected bets are treated as invalid and the stake is refunded.

Money laundering, fraud or identity theft leads to an immediate account suspension if detected, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities where required.

1King reserves the right to close the account of a user found using the platform for an unlawful purpose. Balances may be frozen in that case.

7. Limitation of Liability

1King does not guarantee that the platform will run without interruption or error. The platform is not responsible for issues outside its control, such as an internet outage or a server fault.

A user accepts that betting and casino games carry financial risk. 1King is not responsible for financial losses arising from game outcomes.

Where a delay or error results from a third-party provider, 1King's responsibility is limited, and that limit depends on the agreement in place with that provider.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Where these Terms are breached, a transaction looks suspicious, or a legal requirement applies, 1King may suspend or close an account without prior notice.

A user who wants to close their own account can contact the support team. Any pending withdrawal request is processed once verification is complete.

Once an account closes, a verified balance is returned to the user. Where an account closes due to unlawful activity, the balance may be frozen.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to 1King's licensing jurisdiction and are interpreted under that law.

A dispute between a user and 1King is first addressed through the support channel. If it isn't resolved there, it may be taken to the licensing authority's dispute mechanism or a court with jurisdiction.
